Ahmad Tabatabaeishoorijeh, BS

Ahmad Tabatabaeishoorijeh in a rising second-year medical student at the Texas A&M School of Engineering Medicine (EnMed). He received his undergraduate degree with high honors in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. EnMed is a partnership between Texas A&M School of Medicine, Texas A&M College of Engineering, and the Houston Methodist Hospital that allows students to graduate with an MD and a Master of Engineering (MEng). He is involved in multiple research projects focused on medical device engineering and aortic disease, and his clinical interests are aortic dissection, aortic surgery, PAD, carotid endarterectomy, and cardiovascular surgery.
