Summary: A young, otherwise-healthy patient with bilateral claudication is found to have entrapment of the popliteal and anterior tibial arteries, the latter due to an anomalous high bifurcation. Review of her presentation, diagnosis, and treatment emphasizes how prompt recognition and surgical release can resolve this often painful and distressing condition.
