Jeffrey J. Siracuse, MD, MBA is a Professor of Surgery and Radiology at Boston University School of Medicine and an Attending Physician in the Department of Surgery at Boston Medical Center, where he is also the program director for the Vascular Surgery Fellowship. He did his General Surgery Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where he completed the 2-year T32 Harvard-Longwood Vascular Research Training Program. He completed a fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital in 2014. He was the founding chair of the SVS Appropriateness Committee and is the Medical Director of the Vascular Surgery Group of New England. He is an editor for Annals of Vascular Surgery and on the editorial board of the Journal of Vascular Surgery. He has authored over 200 peer reviewed original manuscripts and has mentored many trainees to first author publications and external research support. He has received funding from the National Institute of Health, specialty societies, and industry.
