Dr. Kiang is a board certified vascular surgeon at Loma Linda VA hospital where she serves as the Chief of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery and the Chair of the IRB. She received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University, completed her general surgery residency at Yale, utilizing her 2 research years to focus on siRNA development, and subsequently completed her vascular surgery fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Kiang is the Director of Research for the department of surgery at the university and serves on the editorial board of several vascular journals. Clinically, her practice focuses on advanced limb salvage and her research focuses on developing novel imaging systems with artificial intelligence. Outside of work, Dr. Kiang enjoys playing musical duets with her daughters, golfing, teasing the family dog and opening Amazon packages.
